This list may prove useful if you are contemplating the purchase of a minidisc recorder for tapesponding, or any other purpose. Clearly we are looking at the used market as there are no minidisc recorders in production now. I take no credit (or criticism) for these rankings as they were apparently compiled by a German hi-fi magazine many years ago.
If you are looking for such a machine I would use this as a rough guide only, but you should research the decks in more detail to make sure they fully meet your requirements in terms of facilities and ergonomics etc.
